A driver in Telangana was finally stopped after he drove away with the body of his accident victim on top of the car.
A disturbing video shows the body of the unfortunate victim miles away from the accident spot, but still perched on top of the car.
The incident occurred on Hyderabad-Vijayawada expressway at Kattangur mandal of Nalgonda district in Telangana on Saturday.
The driver, Rahim Khan, who was over speeding, hit an old man, Komirelli Venkat Reddy, crossing the highway. Reddy tossed up on impact and landed on the roof of the car.
As the car drove on, a few passers by tried to give it a chase, which made the driver speed up to escape.
The body of the farmer stayed on the top as its leg got stuck in the car’s spoiler.
The police, who were alerted, stopped the car at Kattangur, which is about 20 km away from the accident spot.
