Naik, who is also the district minister of Ballari, had earlier denied that reports the he was behind Shenoy’s transfer. But a new video shows him taking the credit for shunting her out.
In the video, which has been shot on a mobile camera, Naik tells his followers about two incidents in which he felt slighted.
He had called Shenoy to find about a suicide when she put him on hold.
Prior to that,he had called her on another case. Naik says Shenoy spoke to him for just 42 seconds. “DySP spoke to me for 42 seconds not minutes," he tells the group of party workers.
"When I called her again, she did not receive, so I have got her transferred,” he says.
Naik justifies Shenoy’s transfer ouster saying he did not want officials who do not take district Minister's phone.
