After gaining 30 kgs for his role in Dangal over a year, Aamir Khan will have a mere four months to lose all that before he continues to shoot the second leg of the same movie.
After PK released, Aamir Khan went on a diet and workout plan to gain weight, which he will need for the first leg of Dangal shooting scheduled between September and December this year.
DNA reported that for the second leg of the shooting, which will start in May 2016, Aamir Khan will have to shed all the new bulk and get back to his Dhoom 3 look.
Speaking to DNA, the famed actor said he would get only four months to get back to nine per cent body fat.
Many have expressed concern on the effect of the bulking up and slimming down on the actor's health. Though some have even accused him of using steroids, it is not the first time he is transforming his physique.
He built a strapping six-pack body for Ghajini (video below) and slimmed down quickly to start work on his next movie, 3 Idiots.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal is a biopic based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Phogat, the father of Indian women wrestlers Geeta and Babita Kumari Phogat, popularly referred to as "the Phogat sisters."
