If you put all the Earth’s water together – it would look just like a small blue marble - USGS image |

Water is precious and US Geological Survey has released a photo and some data to drive it home.
If you can manage to put all the water in the world, it would form a sphere of just 1,384 km wide.
This would like a small blue marble if laced next to the sphere we call Earth.
Now, mind you, oceans account for 96.5 percent of all Earth’s water. That makes only 2.5 percent of total water drinkable.
The sphere for fresh liquid water would be just 273 km in diameter.
