The host of 88th Oscars, Chris Rock's highly awaited opening monologue did not disappoint.
Any black man presenting an all-white oscars, amidst boycott calls, would have had a difficult actto perform.
Chris Rock brought a hammer to handle the delicate job. He said:
This is not the first Oscar to feature an all-white nomination. But back in '60s black people had real issues to protest...
Boycotting all-wihte Oscars is silly...
But have no doubts Hollywood is racist but not in the burning cross way... Why does Leonardo get fabulous roles year after year, while black actors languish
Not everything is sexism or racism, but do your bit address them
