A black Honda city tried to to escape after an accident in Gurgaon carrying the victim on its bonnet.
A video of the incident, which occurred on March 28, shows the victim hanging on to the bonnet doggedly. The car reportedly drove for half-a-km endangering his life.
Zee News reports that Prateek Kumar and his three-year-old son, who was also in a car, was hit by the Honda City on Old Delhi road.
After it fled, Prateek gave a chase and managed to stop it. The Honda driver asked him to move aside so he could park on the side of the road.
But as he tried to flee again, Prateek jumped on the bonnet and stayed there.
There is no information on the action taken by police in he report.
