India Times has published a page from his diary, which shows his daily routine for March 9:
He went for a 8 mile walk at 6.30 am and returned for breakfast at 8.30 am.
He had a tennis session at 10 am and broke for lunch at noon.
2 pm was time for weight training followed by more workouts till 4 pm.
It was immediately followed by an hour-long session of tennis.
At 5 pm he went for a swim, had dinner at 7 pm and slept at 8 pm.
Diet would not pose a major challenge to Aamir Khan as he is a vegan that is, a vegetarian who avoids all milk products.
So, next time you see him, he would be as slim as he was in PK. And don’t be surprised.
