The victim’s bike is parked on a busy road. Two thieves on another bike spot it. One of them approaches it and the other one is ready on his bike ready to scoot if there is any trouble.
Their behaviour is casual, tying a shoe lace, holding a road-side conversation.
The are ascertaining if it is safe to make their move. Once they decide, it takes just 45 seconds to pick the lock and drive away with the bike. The entire operation lasts two-and-a-half minutes.
