Pakistan nationalists heckle Kabir Khan at Karachi airport – show shoes and shout shame, shame (video)

Bollywood filmmaker Kabir Khan is facing the ire of nationalist groups in Pakistan, who are upset with his movie, Phantom.  The Saif Ali Khan starrer showed Pakistan as a safe haven for  terrorists and was banned in the country.  Kabir Khan was surrounded by Pakistan nationalists when he arrived at the Karachi airport to take a flight to Lahore. They accosted him shouting shame, shame and asked why he had made a movie showing Pakistan in bad light.
The Karachi airport security made no effort to intervene to ensure Kabir Khan safety (video below)

Bollywood filmmaker Kabir Khan is facing the ire of nationalist groups in Pakistan, who are upset with his movie, Phantom.

The Saif Ali Khan starrer showed Pakistan as a safe haven for  terrorists and was banned in the country.

Kabir Khan was surrounded by Pakistannationalists on Wednesday when he arrived at the Karachiairport to take a flight to Lahore. They accosted him shouting shame, shame and asked why he had made a movie showing Pakistanin bad light.

One of them held his shoes in his hand as he argued with Kabir Khan. The airport security, as the video shows below, made no effort to intervene to ensure the visiting dignitaries safety.

Kabir Khan is on visit to the country on the invitation of the Marketing Association of Pakistan and is scheduled to speak at its annual conference.

Last night also there was a protest in front  of  Kabir Khan’s hotel in Karachi.

Kabir Khan made ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan' with Salman khan last year, which promoted India-Pakistan friendship. He quickly followed it up with Phantom.
