The actress is said to have got plastic surgery to fix her nose twice. The first time the surgeon made it more curved than she wanted, requiring a second attempt to get it right.
The shape of the nose may suggest that the photo was taken around Baazigar, her 1993 debut movie, which also starred an upcoming actor called Shahrukh Khan.
There are also reports that Shilpa Shetty also took aid of the surgeon's knife to chisel her body by getting breast and butt implants.
But the actress has also been a fitness freak, a yoga proponent, who has also brought out a popular CD on the subject.
The 41-year-old actress began her career as a model in 1991 with a Limca television commercial. Her electrifying screen presence in advertisements got her a meaty role in Baazigar, a box-office hit that earned her a Filmfare nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
After Shilpa Shetty married Raj Kundra and gave birth to Viaan in 2012, she had put on about 20 kgs. She had made waves then by losing her additional pounds and getting back her pre-baby weight in less than six months.
She had advised new mothers that it took just an hour of daily exercise and eating right to trim the weight. Most mothers try to give an excuse that they are too busy for the activity.
But Shilpa Shetty says in the first nine months the baby sleeps a lot and that time can be used for hitting the gym.
