A group of bikers take you through the one of the World's most dangerous roads, between from Pangi Valley in Himachal Pradesh to Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Pangi to Kishtwar road is cut right through mountain ledges and is only wide enough for one car at a time. As a BBC travelogue notes if two cars meet each, one driver would have to carefully drive in reverse for hundreds of metres till a space wide enough to let them cross is found.
A slip would mean hurling down thousands of metres to the banks of the Chenab River that flows below. The rocky unmetalled road makes it a true adventure though local buses and truck drivers ply on the route routinely.
The region is so remote in the medieval time kings used to send their families here to take refuge during times of political upheaval. A few kings also used to exile criminals here.
