Seven year old Pune girl Vaishali was able to get treatment for her heart condition thanks to timely help from PM Modi.
The unfortunate girl was suffering from a hole in her heart which required surgery. Her poor family could not afford it.
Watching news one day, she says in the Zee News video below, she hit upon the idea of writing to Modi for help.
