An alleged Railway Police Force constable was caught on camera thrashing a vendor recently.
The video shows a man dressed in civvies beating up another man, who is helplessly sitting on the floor, accepting the beatings meekly.
Sandesh News shared the video and identified the man, who was on rampage as a Railway Police Force constable, who was upset with a vendor for some reason.
The incident occurred on June 15 on the Jhansi-Bandra train, informs Sandesh.
In another video, which had gone viral sometime ago, another Railway Police Force constable was seen extorting money from the ticketless passengers in the general compartment of a train.
After the video had gone viral, the Railways had tracked the constable and suspended him.
