The NCB officers allege that she was part of a gang that peddled drugs in Karnataka and
They had raided a posh apartment in RT Nagar last November and seized large quantities of cocaine, hashish, MDMA and LSD.
According to TV 9, a peddler Khader, who had been arrested then, revealed information about Darshitmita in the drug running.
As part of investigation, NCB officers picked up Nishant, allegedly Darshitmita’s boyfriend, who claimed Darshitmita managed all the financial transactions.
The Times of India reports that NCB officers issued summons to Darshitmita after collecting evidence against her. She was reportedly arrested under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act when she appeared for questioning.
