On the heels of a similar incident inNew Delhi , a Hyderabad man has been caught on camera abusing a dog.
The video shows him catching the dog unawares and swirling it by its hind legs even as it pitifully yelps in pain.

Though the video titled “Crazy Hyderabadi man rolling up a dog“ was uploaded on YouTube nearly a year ago, the man is yet to be traced.
To elicit information on him, a Hyderabad NGO Humane Society International has announced a reward of Rs 10,000 on anyone who has information on him, reports The Times of India.
It also plans to approach the police with an animal abuse compliant.
In a similar incident, aNew Delhi man Vatssam Kumar had abused a dog and posted the video on Facebook last month. After an outcry, he was traced and arrested by the police.
