Video: Watch monster Crocodile leaping into air like dolphin to grab meat snack

A crocodile has been captured on video leaping into air to grab a piece of meat.  In the video taken National Geographic photographer Trevor Frost, a piece of meat is seen dangling from a rope above water in Australia's Adelaide River.

A crocodile has been captured on video leaping into air to grab a piece of meat.

In the video taken National Geographic photographer Trevor Frost, a piece of meat is seen dangling from a rope above water in Australia's AdelaideRiver.

The crocodile reveals its head from the water's surface and is seen eyeing at the meat. As its snack is raised, the crocodile suddenly propels its entire body into the air.

This show is part of a routine staged by Adelaide River Jumping Croc Cruise, a popular tourist agency in the Darwinarea.

Explaining the leap, Trevor Frost said the crocodile's tail is powerful enough to launch the massive reptile.

Australia’s Saltwater Crocodile is the largest living reptile on earth. It can grow to 20 plus feet and weigh up to 1500 kg.

It is also known man eater.
