A video, which shows a hijra-woman beating up a “fake” transgender, has gone viral.
The video was uploaded on YouTube on Tuesday by the Logical Indian and has been viewed by about 50,000 people. It was possibly shot in
It shows a hijra-woman stripping and thrashing a person, who identifies himself as Najma. Alleging that Najma was a man, the unidentified hijra-woman accuses him of faking his identity.
She alleges that he is trying to take the easy way out by begging instead of working for a living. Adding that he was bringing a bad name for transgenders, the hijra-woman threatens to castrate Najma.
There have been documented cases of men faking as transgenders.
