An Ohio couple was arrested after they robbed a bank and pasted celebratory photos on Facebook giving police all the help they needed to nab the culprits.

John Mogan, 28, and his girlfriend Ashley Duboe, 24, allegedly robbed Ashville's Savings Bank on August 24. As the Lancaster police started their investigation, making a list a local suspects, there was some unexpected help from social media.

A  local blog outed that Ashley Duboe had posted pictures of John Mogan showing of stacks off money on her Facebook account
In one telling photos, John Mogan pretends to eat a stack of money. In another, he talks into the dollars like a phone.


It also helped that John Mogan had served time earlier on a different robbery charge and was on probation. For Ashley Duboe it is first time in jail and both have been held on a stiff $250,000 bond. They face long sentences.
