After onions it is the turn of toor dal to make Indians cry. As the price of key Indian kitchen ingredient touched Rs 200 it started trending with both anger and humour.

Though the government has been trying to check hoarding by raiding merchants, it was held responsible for not waking up in time to ensure adequate imports.
