Andres Moreno, 38, the world's most obese man died of on Friday in Ciudad Obregón, Mexico.
He passed away in an ambulance, which was taking him to a hospital after getting an emergency call. He suffered a fatal heart attack in the ambulance and could not be revived.
The Mexican, who weighed 450 KGs, went under the knife in October to lose weight.
The doctors at Arboledas Hospital, Guadaljara, removed 70 per cent of his stomach to make him eat less and absorb less calories.
Though he still weighed more than 317 KGs after surgery, he was hoping to lose enough weight to lead a normal life with wife and kids.
