Eyewitness accounts said there was a confrontation between Sidhu and the flight attendant during the flight.

A Toronto court released Sidhu was on 20,000 dollars bail and asked him to stay away from Pearson International Airport , any Air Canada flight, have no contact with the flight attendant or consume alcohol.
