Bollywood studio Fox Star has put Pan Am air hostess Neerja Bhanot’s last flight announcement on YouTube.
Fox Star is releasing its ambitious biopic on Neerja, with Sonam Kapoor playing the title role. The audio tape is part of activity to promote the movie.
The audio recording of Neerja Bhanot’s last flight announcement was made at the beginning of the ill fated Pan Am Flight 73, which was headed toNew York via Karachi and Frankfurt on 5 September 1986.
As the most senior cabin crew member, Neerja Bhanot, can be heard welcoming passengers aboard and giving flight details such as travel time and the altitude at which the plane would fly.
