The Rajasthan Government ordered the suspension of a male forest guard, who was caught on camera taking chest measurements of women candidates.
The video footage, which was telecast by news channels, shows him running several physical tests on women candidates though a woman doctor was also present on spot.
He checked their height and wrapped a measuring tape against their chest.
According to Rajasthan recruitment rules, a women forest guard is required to have a chest measurement of 79 cm and a height of 150 cm.
After the controversy erupted forest minister Rajkumar Rinwa ordered suspension of the forest guard, though opposition parties said action on a low-level employee was not enough.
