A man, Dashrath Suryavanshi, managed to get the attention of the District Magistrate at Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh, by dancing in front of his desk in office.
Suryavanshi was upset that his son had been denied admission under Right to Education. After all his effort to get his son into a school failed, he resorted to the unusual protest.
According to Zee News, Suryavanshi said he could not afford to pay the Rs 27,000 FEE, a private school was asking as admission fees and went to the district officials for help.
He seems to have met with an apathetic response there till he danced before the collector, Swatantra Kumar Singh, ho has now assured that the RTE law would be followed in his son's case.
