Titan has released a short video, ‘Break the Bias’, which sends out a strong message in support of working women.

When men succeed, it’s hard work; when women succeed it is because of other dubious factors ! ‘Break the Bias’ takes on this stereotype.

A company’s senior executives are discussing the promotion list. There is a strong recommendation from Rajat to elevate Kiran in his team.

Rajat and Kiran, we are told, are close, work at nights and spend even weekends together, though on official business.

The men and the lone woman in the top team get ideas and with a smirk, they call Kiran, for a first-hand assessment.

In all good short stories or videos, the twist in the tale is all that matters.
