A man was beaten to death in Khandwa, MP, on Friday, on a crowded street. Onlookers stood in the vicinity watching the gruesome without trying to intervene.
Vehicles passed without anyone trying to stop and rescue the victim.
Someone had the presence of mind to make a video with his mobile. It shows three men launching a murderous assault on the victim, who is lying on the ground, with thick lathis.
They roll him over, check his condition and start beating again.
He cries aloud for help for sometime, but people opt to watch the incident from sidelines without stepping in.
It is not clear what triggered the attack. Media reports said the victim opposed poaching of animals and got murdered for that.
