RIP Veenu Paliwal, India's well-known women super-biker - in her last interview she had spoken about road safety (video)

India's well-known super biker Veenu Paliwal died in a road accident in Madhya Pradesh’s Vidisha district on Monday.  Her bike skid off a road near Gyaraspur, 100 km from state capital Bhopal, and was rushed to the Vidisha district hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead.  Veenu Paliwal, 44, was on a nationwide tour on her Harley Davidson motorcycle along with fellow biker Dipesh Tanwar, who was on another vehicle. She was making a documentary on her motorbike journey across the country, reports the Hindustan Times.
Veenu Paliwal had been a biking enthusiast from her college days in Jaipur and credited
encouragement from her parents for her hobby. (video below)

India's well-known super biker Veenu Paliwal died in a road accident in Madhya Pradesh’s Vidisha district on Monday.

Her bike skid off a road near Gyaraspur, 100 km from state capital Bhopal, and was rushed to the Vidisha district hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead.

Veenu Paliwal, 44, was on a nationwide tour on her Harley Davidson motorcycle along with fellow biker Dipesh Tanwar, who was on another vehicle. She was making a documentary on her motorbike journey across the country, reports the Hindustan Times.

Veenu Paliwal had been a biking enthusiast from her college days in Jaipur and credited encouragement from her parents for her hobby.  She had stopped biking after her marriage and resumed following her divorce.

She leaves behind two children, parents and a sister.
In her last interview in January with ETV, had spoken about the safety norms to be followed to be followed while pursuing this hobby. She had also spoken about how she inherited the love for biking from her parents and how her zeal got her going.

She was in full protective gear when she met with the accident.
