Self confessed sex-addict former West Indies fast bowler Tino Best has said that Chris Gayle is a family man, who is not into too much of the bad stuff.
"He's a good man," says Tino Best, in his forthcoming autobiography Mind the Windows.
Not that Natasha Berridge, Gayle’s long-time partner and mother to his new-born daughter Blush, needs any assuring.
She has been with Gayle with for more than 10 years and probably knows her man better than Best.
The new revelations fly against the impression that Gayle is a playboy on steroids going by the occasional controversies he lands in and the social media posts he makes.
Gayle was in trouble in January this year after asking an attractive Australian woman reporter out when she was interviewing him on live TV.
Last year, he was in news for posting a picture of a stripper pole in his bedroom. “If u don't have a strip club at home, U ain't a cricket Player,” he had captioned it.
All of these alas, turn out to be, just mischief making, Gayle style.
Best refers to the stripper pole post in his book but dismisses Gayle as a good man.
