On his second day in Rajya Sabha, Subrmanian Swamy managed to set off minor battle between Congress and BJP members by dragging in Sonia Gandhi in a corruption case.
After Swamy, who took oath yesterday, mentioned Sonia Gandhi's name in the AgustaWestland helicopter bribery case, Congress MPs were up on their seats. .
