PM Modi's controversial comparison of Kerala and Somalia has drawn an angry response from a man from the African country.
He is obviously not happy that Somalia is being compared with Kerala for reasons that are negative.
In the short video, the man identifies himself as a Somalian and asks Modi not to compare Kerala with Somalia as he does not have a degree.
"I have a degree, you don't, so don't compare," he rubs it in.

It is not clear where the video has been shot. But towards the end, another man possibly from Kerala, steps into the frame and introduces the Somalian as his friend.
