May 27, 2016, NewsCrunch
Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan, who had been recently trolled mercilessly for adding a few pounds, has give it back to trolls in style.
Striking a defiant posture, he has changed his Facebook and Twitter covers with latest photos which show him middle-aged and built generously.
In a Facebook message posted on Thursday night, he says the extra pounds translate into happiness.
“After a long time I am in a great space of my life…. Living the happiest chapter thus far with pounds to show for it,” he says.
The 42-year-old actor married to veteran actress Mumtaz’s daughter Natasha Madhwani in 2005 and is enjoying one of the rare stable Bollywood marriages. He is a proud father of a daughter, Diani Isabella Khan, who he absolutely adores.

In the post, he took on the trolls calling them cowards, who were exploiting their online anonymity.
He advised them to look at their own reflection and think seriously if they had any future prospects. The actor had also been mocked at not being seen in the movies of late.
For those who supported him he asked them to continue to raise their voices against mindless trolling, which he described as a disturbing behavioural pattern on the internet.
He signed off saying he may have put on weight but was neither ashamed nor shamed nor depressed.
