Media has gone to town with a story on Bihar Arts topper, Ruby Ray, who allegedly said political science is about cooking.
A video published by India Today shows the reporter murmuring a question, to which the nervous girl replies saying, "It is about cooking." It is further pointed out that she faltered in her pronunciation as well calling political science 'prodgical science’.

There are many things wrong with India Today report. It says Ruby Ray is a topper in political science, who scored 444 out of 500. So, do we assume that she wrote several papers in the same subject amounting to 500 marks and scored 444 out of them.
There is no mention of in which exam Ruby Ray topped - was it 10th, 12th or graduation or in something else.
