A few fitness video of Bollywood star Deepika Padukone, posted by her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, has gone viral.

Yasmin uploaded the video in her Instagram page giving some details on what it was about.
The technique is called the side bend on the Bodhi suspension system. Whatever it is Deepika Padukone seems to be good in that.
