Shilpa Shinde was reportedly getting just Rs 35,000 per episode to play Angoori Bhabhi in 'Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain'

Shilpa Shinde, the popular TV actress who has quit the hit show 'Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain' has revealed that she was getting just Rs 35,000 per episode.

She revealed the number at ABP News’ special show Press Conference, 

Stars at the top end of the spectrum charge lakhs per episode. Kapil Sharma, for instance, was reportedly charging Colors Rs 40 lakh an episode for Comedy Nights.

Shilpa Shinde, who had become well known as  Angoori Bhabhi was no rookie, having put in nearly two decades in the industry.
She had a bitter fallout with the makers of Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain. She had alleged she had been mentally harassed and not allowed to work in other serials. The makers had responded by sending a legal notice for breach of contract.

Shilpa Shinde will be soon starting to shoot for a web travel show called 'Style in the City'.
