Bihar Board’s Class XII Arts topper Ruby Rai shocked the officials, who took her retest on Saturday, both with her answers and confidence.
She was arrested by the police for fraud after she took the written test and interview, and came out of the building..

The Hindustan Times reports that her answers shocked the entire panel, who wondered how she had come first for the state.
But Ruby Rai was neither apologetic nor lacking in confidence. She coolly told the re-test board that she had forgotten what she had studied as the exams had been held two months ago.
Her confidence struck the policemen as well, who took her into custody. Ruby Rai refused to cover her face and did so only after the police insisted.
A Supreme Court directive requires the police to keep the faces of under-trials covered.
Ruby Rai was arrested following a non-bailable warrant issued by a local court against four toppers including her.
The Arts topper and two other toppers are from the controversial V R College in Vaishali district, whose principal Amit Kumar alias Bachcha Rai has already been arrested.
He allegedly used his connections with former BSEB chairman Lalkeshwar Prasad and his ex-MLA wife Usha Sinha to fix results and get toppers from his college.
