A dramatic near-miss incident between UTair Boeing and an Argentinas Airbus at Barcelona has been caught on camera and luckily for the passengers and crew, it had a happy ending.
On June 4, a UTair Boeing 767-300 flying in from Moscow was cleared by the local ATC for landing.
As the plane descended, just before landing, the Russian pilots saw another plane, an Aerolíneas Argentinas Airbus A340-300, taxiing on the runway right on their path.
The Russian pilots thought quick and ascended avoiding a definite and a deadly collision.
The Boeing landed safely on runway 02 after a while and the Argentinas took-off to Buenos Aires safely.
