Jetlagged Modi goes to sleep as Rajnath speaks in Parliament (Video below) |

A sleep-deprived PM Modi was caught on camera dozing off during a crucial debate on Thursday.
The Lok Sabha had been convened to celebrate the 125th birth anniversary of B R Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution.
The occasion also became battlefield for the government and opposition to clash on intolerance.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh said Ambedkar had never thought of putting the term secularism in the Preamble. He also defended Modi Government’s track record in initiating developmental programmes for various sections.
As he spoke, the cameras caught Modi with his eyes shut deeply.
Ironically, November 26 has been designated as Constitution Day on the initiative of Modi. But given his whirlwind foreign trips his body was perhaps struggling to get used to the Indian time zone.
