A waitress inBeijing has gone viral by giving a demo to shrieking customers to show how it is done.
A video shows her holding the probably defanged scorpion carefully with her chopsticks. She then demonstrates how to put that in the mouth.
The recommendation seems to be on making a clean insertion, without the terrified animal colliding with your lips or cheek.
