The green Hyundai Accent car had been bought by Swami Chakrapani, national president of All India Hindu Mahasabha, in an auction on December 9.

Swami Chakrapani said the car had been burnt as it was a symbol of terrorism.
He said he wanted to convert the car into an ambulance, but when Dawood’s gang threatened him, he decided torch it.
Chakrapani said he didn't need any security as he was not afraid of threats, though he filed a complaint with Mandir Marg police inDelhi on December 11 after receiving the threat calls.
