Snow drops made a delayed appearance giving a faint glimmer of hope for tourists, who have flocked to Shimla and other Himachal Pradesh cities, to witness a White Christmas.
An ANI video shows snow drops catching people by surprise. While the snowfall is fairly thin, weatherman predicts more rain and snow in coming days.
In the last 24 hours, temperature in Shimla has fallen by 1 to 2 °Celsius.
Along with Shimla, other hill stations such as Kufri, Chharabra and Manali also received a spell of snow.
