In a blunt rebuttal, Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor has said Katrina Kaif never called him papa.
“Rubbish, she wouldn’t dare to take such liberties with me,” he told Khalid Mohammed in an interview for The Quint.
A newspaper had reported that Katrina had begun to call him Papa, indicating that she and Ranbir Kapoor were planning to settle down.
Ranbir Kapoor had also refuted the report saying Katrina called his father Rishi Ji not Papa.
In the same interview Rishi described Katrina as well behaved, pretty and hardworking. He would not go beyond that.
Katrina and Ranbir Kapoor have been dating since 2010 and moved in together last November.
Over the last two years there have been persistent reports that the two have been planning to get married.
It is a little odd that despite the long association Katrina has not moved beyond calling her boyfriend’s father Rishi Ji. A case of strong parental disapproval?
